"GMAT was looking to be a daunting task since I had never taken a computer based test of such a time duration. But the Experts' advice really worked and took the fear out of my mind. The study material was extremely good as it contains the relevant and the best of all topics from various sources and at a very reasonable rate.Hence the quality of the material far exceeds the cost. AWA template recommended is in sync with what is expected from GMAT takers and covers all aspects of analytical writing evaluators are looking for. All this helped to me score a good 740 with a scaled score of 5.0 in AWA."

Yale was founded in 1700 as the Collegiate School for “Public employment both in Church and Civil State.” In 1716, the trustees decided to move the school to a more hospitable location-New Haven. In 1718, the School was renamed as Yale College in honor of the contributions made by Elihu Yale. The College survived the American Revolutionary War and grew steadily in the first 100 years of its formation. The nineteenth and twentieth centuries saw the establishment of graduate and professional schools, thus, making Yale a true university. The School of Management got established in 1974.

The Leadership Development program LDP commences in the first year and works at four levels-individual level, interpersonal/team level, organizational level and global level. The LDP works at a personalized level by encouraging the students to develop and implement their own leadership plan. The leadership plan comprises of leadership practicum projects that may be in the form of club leadership or creating a new event for the school or engaging in community service or launching a business venture. A regular assessment happens through a unique assessment tool and the students receive professional guidance throughout the project. The entire experience enables the students to develop a vision and strategy that would prepare them to lead across boundaries.
The Raw Case Approach presents the students with extensive data about a real world business situation through a web-based platform that includes video interviews with some of the key actors. The approach discards the traditional 10-page narrative that would lead to a single decision point. The web-based design contains huge amount of information in contrast to the 10-page narrative. Students work in teams to sift through the data and perform deep-rooted analysis of the raw case to arrive at a sustainable solution. The Case Research and Development Team CRDT collates material for the Raw Case Approach covering a broad spectrum of topics. CRDT brings case-materials from a variety of sectors, geographic locations and cultures that present management dilemmas and the current trends in the emerging markets. This new and unique approach allows the students to scan through the data, pick up relevant information coming from various sources and analyze the entire material.
Yale aims at building a global perspective among the students on a variety of issues such as political, legal, social, business and environmental through numerous international study opportunities. The Global Social Enterprise and the Global Social Entrepreneurship courses are the elective courses with an international focus, where students provide consulting services to an organization belonging to another geographic location and connect with the social entrepreneurs of the region. The Global Network Week gives an opportunity for the students to delve into the specialization of their interest at an international location semi-annually. Students can also enroll and get benefited from the semester-long exchange program that gives them deeper insights into the business, economy and culture of the host country.
