While the rules of work visa differ from country to country, most of the countries, however require a secure job offer letter from the employer of their country to start the application process. Also, it is important for the applicant to gain language proficiency and earn a qualified amount of money to be eligible for work visa. Different countries have different kinds of work visas, depending mainly on their duration of stay guaranteed and they have to be renewed time after time.

Canada work permit:
Immigration to Canada on the basis of skilled worker category is a very popular visa program. It is intended for people with high levels of skills and experience. A special visa category is present for business immigrants.

United States Work Permit:
The US H1B visa is a non-immigrant visa. It allows US companies to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise in specialized fields such as in architecture, engineering, mathematics, science, and medicine. The employers need to also show how US labor force won’t be affected by it. On the other hand, the H2B visa is required if you are coming to the United States to perform a job which is temporary or seasonal in nature and for which there is a shortage of U.S. workers.

Australia Work Permit:
One of the most sought after visa permits in the world, these are of various kinds, like the Skilled Work Visas, Sponsored Work Visas, Independent Skilled Work Visas, Graduate Work Visas, Permanent Work Visas, Temporary or Provisional Work Visas, Employer Sponsored Work Visas and Working Holiday Visas. The applicant needs to select the right visa for himself/herself and depending on it, carry further with the application process.

UAE Work Permit:
A list containing 33 countries like France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway and others do not need a visa to enter UAE. A residence visa, labor card and health card are needed to work in UAE. Recently, there has been a change in the policy when every applicant needs to apply for the Emirates Identity Card.

New Zealand Work Permit:
Primary Sector Trainees work visa provides an opportunity for primary sector trainees from countries with whom New Zealand has an agreement, to undertake work in the country. The 12 month work visa provides for a minimum of three months vocational study at a high quality education provider followed by a land-based primary sector work placement (excluding forestry) of up to nine months.

China Work Permit:
The work permit in China can be issued only to those applicants who follow the Employment policy issued by the country. In fact, it is the employer who needs to send government issued Employment Permit and Visa Notification Letter to the applicant.
